This program is like no other you have ever seen before. It is the only High Performance Program in the world that can guarantee measurable changes.

The extrem effectiveness and innovation of High Performance Mastery is based on its advanced approach of combining in one single program high performance teaching with executive coaching. 

At HPM you learn how to improve and develop your skills consistently on six critical areas:

You will be teached and coached to master those areas by putting them on a constant basis in daily practice.

 This 4-month-program is structured in 3 phases:

1. HP Scanner: Different tests help to identify which HP profile you are and the key areas that need to be developed during the program to reach the next level of excellence
2. HP Development: 2 HP Teaching sessions of 2 days each are combined within a 3-month-HP Stakeholder Centered Coaching process. The effectiveness of the process to become a high performer is fully guaranteed by continuous follow up and measurement of the changes
3. HP Excellence: Final measurement and coaching sessions close the program, ensuring the achieved changes last and you continue your journey to become an even greater high performer

HP Mastery is presented in different formats: as a 1-to-1 coaching process, customized in-company program or as an open program.
