This transformational event is structured in 3 parts:  

• 1st part: By practicing powerful technics, different levels of energy, enthusiasm, vibrancy and focus will get awaken in you. In this journey you will also learn how to let go all your negative thoughts and enter into a more relaxing and present mental state.
• 2nd part: You will continue with a very special cooking activity in which the chef will guide you in a funny but also challenging way to bring even higher your energy levels.
• 3rd part: After an enjoyable dinner we make a recap of the event and deepen into the 3 fundamentals to feel more powerful and vibrant each day: Rest & Exercise, Diet & Nutrition and Daily Energizing.

Supercharger takes place from 4:30PM to 9:30PM in Paseo de San Juan 13 or in Carrer de Bertrand i Serra 24, in Barcelona.

Based on the demand of participants we can additionally organize closed events for groups or companies.
